He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Wesley Milliman and Catherine Blanche (Patterson); his former wife Joyce Milliman (Gardner); and his siblings, James Milliman, Joyce Robers, Helen Sarazin, Elizabeth Barnes and Mary Meunier.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Milliman (Levine); his children, Pamala Patterson (Benjamin), Robert Milliman (Ann), Jackie Lemanski (Dave), Mark Milliman and Samuel Milliman; and his sisters, Nancy Rotatori and Jean Benjamin. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
