He is survived by: his wife Debra Potter; his children, Brenda Lee Smith (Brandon) of Elkhorn, Kelly Rae Berg (Paul) of Elkhorn and Joseph Roger Hooverson (Amber) of Delavan; his grandchildren, Zebidiah, Aalyiah, Adeline, Braden and Kinsleigh; and his brother Robert Hooverson of Arkansas.
