It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Blakely of Delavan, Wisconsin, born in Waukesha, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 10, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Dibble and Doris Dibble (Austin); and her brother Art Dibble. She is survived by: her husband Willis Blakely; her daughters, Susan Blakely of Delavan and Karen Blakely of Madison; her granddaughters, Linda and Mary Blakely; her brother Allan Dibble (Kathy) of New Mexico; and her sister-in-law Jean Dibble.
