She was predeceased by: her parents, Halsey Smith and Mary Smith (Angus). She is survived by: her husband John; her sons, Jason Sanders (Shanna) of Janesville, Bradley Sanders (Amy) of Madison, Benjamin Ross of Delavan and Jacob Ross (Lindsey) of Darien; and her sister Wendy Jennings (Jim) of Florida.
