Though Timothy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parent Elbridge Barker (Eleanore Melissa). He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne; his daughter Melissa; his grandchildren, Eleanore (Marie Pipowski), Raelyn, Jacob and Wesley of Janesville; and his son Michael Barker (Heidi). He is also survived by cousins and several grand dogs.
Instead of flowers, he would ask you to do an unsolicited and unexpected act of kindness for someone.
