He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberic Dujardin and Irene Dujardin (Van Nieuwenhuyse); and his siblings, Martha, Robert, Augusta, Bert, Ida, Sido and James.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Long; his sons, Pascal Howard (David) of North Wales, PA, Jon Dujardin (Michelle) of Whitewater and Mark Dujardin (Kristyn) of Denver, CO; and his granddaughters, Grace Howard and Sarah Howard.
