Though Carol may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Pashouwer and Apolonia Pashouwer (Schaetz); and her brothers, Joseph "Gilbert" Schaetz and Ronald "Ronnie" Pashouwer. She is survived by: her husband Clarence Lacenski of Denmark; her children, Rebecca Werchek (Greg) of Eaton and Mark Lacenski (Douglas La Luzerne) of De Pere; her granddaughters, Kaleigh Werchek, Kaitlyn Werchek (Jeffery Schlies) and Meghan Werchek; and her brother-in-law David Lacenski (Cathy). She is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
