He is survived by: his wife Donna Mahlik; his children, Greg Duckart (Sheri), Nancy Van Elzen (Jim), Michael Duckart (Kim) and Mark Duckart (Michelle); his grandchildren, Crystal Short (Justin), Travis Schuster (Amanda Irwin), Ashley Rothmann (Phil), Samantha Nickodem (Joe), Alexandra Duckart (Jared Bielinski), Cassy DeNoble (Zack), Lacey Nichols (Dylan), Nicole Duckart and Nathan Duckart; his great grandchildren, Mallory, Roman, Elodie, Myles, Lauren, Lindsey, Sophia, Gracie, Isabella, Liam, Parker, Holden and Hailey; his brothers, Ronald Duckart (Joan) and Richard Duckart (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Loritz (Mark), Dennis Mahlik and Don Mahlik (Gloria). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
