He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Kozlovsky; his parents, Andrew Heezen and Martha Heezen; his in-laws, Alois Kozlovsky, Bernard and Gertrude Thompson; his son Thomas Heezen; and his siblings-in-law, Alex Pieschek, Donald Wavrunek, Robert Kozlovsky, Joe Thompson, Randy Levenhagen and Barb Heezen.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Greiling (Zane), Debbie Schultz (Gregg), Tammy Goddard (Leroy Phillips), Tim Heezen, Cindy Hummel, Mary Magley (Nathan) and Todd Heezen (Melissa); his siblings, Rita Pieschek, Anna Marie Wavrunek and Jim Heezen; and his in-laws, Pat Gaffney (Dan), Mary Malewiski (Dick), Carol Levenhagen (Glen Kornely), Kate Helgeson (Mike), Larry Thompson (Lisa), Michael Thompson (Janice) and Gail Kozlovsky. He is also survived by his 19 Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren.
