He is survived by: his wife Joanne Selner; his children, Randy Kozlovsky (Jean), Sandy Schmahl (Larry), Karen Eliason (Dan) and Richard Kozlovsky (Charlet); his grandchildren, Jesse Kozlovsky (Sarah), Tiffany Potts (Tim), Tamara Haines, Tara Donovan (Brock), Darren Schmahl (Corina), Sheena Craanen (Rich), Jeff Herrmann (Maria), Tyler Kozlovsky (Jackie) and Dana Kozlovsky; and his in-laws, James Selner (Suzy), Betty Selner and Kathryn Selner. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
