He is survived by: his children, Jim Fulcer (Dawn), Patty Hennessey (Pat), John Fulcer (Joan) and Sarah Klein (Kevin); his grandchildren, Lindsay Ropella (Eric), Brady Fulcer (Becca), Kelly Davies (Bill), Nick Fischer (Amelia), Josh Fischer (Aimee), Brian Fischer (Bethany), Kevin Fulcer (Kara), Stephanie Fulcer (Robert Graupner) and Kyle Klein; his great grandchildren, Jay and Tori Davies; his grandchildren, Davis, Avia Ropella, Vincent Schmidt, Juliet Fischer, Claire Fulcer, Daisy and Rose Fulcer; his siblings, Nancy Dean, Jack Fulcer (Darlene), Bill Fulcer (Christine) and Ben Fulcer (Cheryl); his sister-in-law Anne-Grethe Livingston; his siblings, Jeanette Fulcer and Kurt Fulcer; his in-laws, Leo and Geraldine Livingston; his siblings-in-law, Leo J. Livingston, Robert Livingston, Ted Livingston, Karl Dean and Janet Kelly (Glenn); his sons-in-law, Paul Weber and Jason Fischer; his granddaughter Danielle Fischer; his nephew Brian Dean; and his nieces, Karen Dean and Lisa Berge. He is also survived by special friends and neighbors.
