She is survived by: her children, Brandon Murphy (Shasta) and Sienna McGuire (Shawn); her granddaughters, Nola and Willa McGuire; the father of her children Mark Murphy; her siblings, Jim McSherry (Karla), Gene McSherry (Kari), Kathy Kruger (late David), Patty Rickey (Dennis), Mary McSherry and Bill McSherry; and her pet Jordy.

In honor of Carol's lifelong love for nature and conservation, memorials may be made to the Nohr Chapter of Trout Unlimited.
