He was predeceased by: his mother Bernice; and his brother Gerald. He is survived by: his son David H. Buckingham; his godson Brian Godfrey; his grandchildren, Kory L. Peterson, Samantha Cook, Lexis Swanson and Josie Buckingham; his siblings, Raymond Buckingham of DeSoto, Judy Hosey of Lake Mills and Betty Peterson of Lake Mills; and his stepchildren, Tyden Williams, Roy U'Ren, Tyler Buckingham and Jon Hildreth. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
