He was predeceased by : his parents, Zola Hillman and Burton Potterton; his stepfather Edward Hillman; his sister Joyce Puzia; and his wife Teresa.

He is survived by : his half-sisters, Donna Hyke and Julie Oskendahl; his children, Suzanne Potterton and William Potterton (Colonel); and his grandchildren, Ashlyn, Alexander and Tegan.

In lieu of flowers, Jack's family requests donations to Civil Air Patrol, Wisconsin Wing. Further information regarding how to donate will be available shortly.
