He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent John and Jeanette Elizabeth Otteman (Caygill); and his brother Vincent Randolph "Randy" Otteman. He is survived by: his siblings, Ramona and Alonzo; his son Brett; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Brett Samuel, Madison and Grace. He is also survived by one great-grandchild, and other family and friends.
