He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Mindham and Helene Mindham; his great grandchild Hudson Behney; his brother Scott Mindham; his parents-in-law, William and Marie Bennett; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Bennett, Cindie Butteris, Bill Bennett, Joseph Crook and Kenton Johnson; and his son-in-law Edward Pack, III.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Bennett; his children, Shari Pack (Mike Gibbs), Terri Waters (James), Tyson Mindham (Lisa), Kevin Mindham and Darren Mindham; his grandchildren, Mikeal Pack (Liz), Laura Schwartz (Scott), Maureen Behney (Nick), James Waters (Elyse), Kellie Brady (Connor), Michaela Mindham, Tyson Jr. Mindham, Hunter Mindham, Caitlyn Mindham, Katherine Mindham, Elizabeth Gruening (Daniel), Parker Mindham and Peyton Mindham; his great grandchildren, Ian Pack, Hudson Pack, Madison Schwartz, Caden Behney, Warren Waters, Enzo Mindham and Avery Gruening; his sister Jenny Johnson; and his sister-in-law Sharon Crook. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
