She is survived by: her children, Karen Falk (Tom), Linda Hofstetter (Jim), Jane Dake (Larry) and Joe Kowalczyk (Jill); her grandchildren, Michael Falk (Lauren), Amy Falk, Pete McCool (Janice), Anthony Dake (Jaymi), Matthew Dake (Felisha), Nathan Kowalczyk (Courtney) and Megan Filbert (Lucas); her great grandchildren, Jordan Falk, Jasmine McCool, Jonah McCool, Jianna McCool, Jayden McCool, Payton Dake, Bennett Dake, Brooks Kowalczyk, Holston Kowalczyk and Oliver Filbert; her sister Mary Bennett; and her sister-in-law Terry Henrichs.
