He is survived by: his wife Janet Pateman; his brother Jerome Foltz (Bert); his children, Mark Foltz, Matt Foltz (Sheri), Marlo Foltz (Claudia), Marsha Ponczkowski (Dave) and Marty Foltz; his grandchildren, Joseph, Chris, Brandon Ponczkowski, Ian Foltz (Kelly), Adam Foltz (Carlee), Taylor Poser (Eric), Jeremy Foltz (Hannah), Alexine DePrey (Peter), Cody Pace and Molly Zamora (Cisco); and his great grandchildren, Eli, Radley Foltz, Payton, Dallas DePrey, Olivia and Isabel Zamora.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bruno Catholic Church (226 W Ottawa Ave, Dousman, WI 53118). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Bruno's Parish, Angels Grace Hospice (Oconomowoc), or Heartofthenation.org in Ralph's name are welcome.
