He is survived by: his daughter Jacquelyn Mack (Cecil) of Milwaukee; his grandchildren, Cecilia, Arayah and Cecil, Jr.; his stepdaughter Ethel "Monique" Thorn; his stepgrandchild Alexis; his stepsons, Lloyd Luttrell and Anthony Sherrod; his sister Gail Fosberg (Daryl) of Eagle; and his nephew Erick Benjamin of Eagle. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gibson Family Funeral Home (499 Elkhorn Rd, Eagle, WI 53119). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Oak Ridge Cemetery (501 Elkhorn Rd, Eagle, WI 53119).
