He was predeceased by: his stepmother Loriane Komro; and his siblings, Cindy Peterson, Dorothy Forsythe, Richard and Jerry.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Weiss; his children, Bob (Paula) of Durand, Peter (Marla) of Baldwin, Anthony (Becky) of Wheaton, IL, Julie Serum (Mike) of Eau Claire and Nicholas (Marianne) of Menomonie; his siblings, Patricia Prissel of Altoona, William (Pat), Eau Claire, Jim (Millie) of Indianapolis, IN, Don (Joe) of Golden Valley, MN and Robert (Roberta) of Hayward; and his brother-in-law Mike Peterson of Lexington, SC. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials are preferred in Jack's name to the Holy Rosary Catholic School in Lima.
