The memory of Lorraine M Komro of Durand, Wisconsin, born in Menomonie, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 30, 2025 at the age of 101, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Frazier and Margaret Frazier (Brehm); her husband William; her siblings, Patrica Crossman (Jack), Val Trickey (Howard) and Antone Frazier; her brother-in-law Al Stene; her stepfather Manley Woodward; and her stepchildren, Dorothy Forsythe (Bill), Cindy Peterson (Mike), Jerold Komro (Irma) and Richard Komro.
She is survived by: her son Robert (Roberta) of Stone Lake; her stepchildren, Patricia Prissel (Bruce) of Eau Claire, Jack Komro (Carole) of Eau Claire, Bill Komro (Pat) of Eau Claire, James Komro (Millie) of Indianapolis, IN and Donald Komro (Joe) of Golden Valley, MN; and her siblings, Barbara Stene of Oakdale, MN, Nancy Horwitz (Bill) of North Carolina and Gerald Woodward of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by 36 grandchildren, 72 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery-Lima (N6235 County Rd V, Durand, WI 54736). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Orton Room at the Corral Bar & Grill (318 W Main St, Durand, WI 54736).
Memorials are preferred to Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
