With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Nora Packard of Eagle River, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 14, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sr. Windorff and Elizabeth Windorff (Check); her son Raymond Francis Jr. (Michiel); her husbands, Raymond Michiel of Milwaukee and George Packard; her grandson Raymond Michiel; and her great grandchild Jasmine Michiel.
She is survived by: her daughter Renee Paulette (Norman); her siblings, James Windorff Jr., Pauline Goertz, Gloria Langfeldt and Betty Jane Ratz; her siblings-in-law, Elmer Goertz, Jim Conklin, Slim Ratz, Betty Anne Windorff and Rena Windorff; her children, Cynthia Raith, Nicolet Michiel Stark (Christopher), Louis Michiel (Linda), Perry Michiel (Dawn Sparks) and Georganna Packard (Gigi); her grandchildren, Joseph Hoff (Ria), Dr Todd West (Jennifer), Christopher Raith, Samantha Raith, Tracy Michiel Stenke (Joseph), Brenda Visser (Steven), Jonathan Irish (Tabitha), Michiel Irish (Chris Wilson), Kristine Irish (Mark Matthews), Ashley Wilcox (Shane), Jerrad Michiel (Kayla), Dr Taylor Bruhl (Lance) and Hope Wissbroecker; and her siblings, Elaine Conklin, Margie Arendt (Pete), Marlene Cordie (Bil), Ruth Maze (Jim) and Fred Windorff. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
