He was predeceased by: his father Niles Malvitz; and his niece April LuMaye. He is survived by: his mother Alice Malvitz; his children, Ford Malvitz and Trinity Warner (Chris); his siblings, David Malvitz (Bernie), Cheryl Meyer (John) and Carrie Buhr (Terry); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Tyler and McKenzie. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren and many other nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
