He was predeceased by: his parents, Angus Mayo and Norma Mayo (Oxley); his wife Mary Jane (Krause); his grandson James; his siblings, Bob Mayo (Rose), Sue Weycker (Jerry) and James Mayo (Penny Mayo); and his siblings-in-law, Ernie Sulstrom, James and Genevieve Krause.
He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Leveille (Bill) and Linda Small (Ron); his grandchildren, Joe Leveille (Chris) of Eagle River, Kim Brown (Mike) of Eagle River, Kurt Leveille (Shannan) of Comanche, OK and Kari Schmitzer of Neenah; his great grandchildren, Lacy Jo (Cody) of Norman, OK, Kaylee (Jake) of Eagle River, Ryan (Cortney) of Eagle River, Madison, Mackenzie of Comanche, OK, Trevor and Alex of Neenah; his great great grandchild Grayson Joseph; and his sister Jane Sulstrom of Denton, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
