He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Killian; his parents, Karl S. Boehm and Florence L. of Chicago; and his brother William G. Boehm (Helga). He is survived by: his sons, Karl W. (Kathleen), John R. (Cynthia) and Paul G. (Deborah); his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Jared, Joshua, Nathan, Alexandra, Elise and Audrey; his great grandchildren, Beckett and Jaina; Mary Anne of Chicago.
