He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Samuelson and Esther Samuelson; his former wife Beatrice; his son David (Barb); and his siblings, Obed, Nate, Eli, Phillip, Naomi Poole and Ruth Schatz.
He is survived by: his children, Joan Tomlanovich (Don), Joey of Eagle River, Paul (Jay) of Bozeman and Montana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
