He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Voss and Elva Voss; his parents-in-law, Wilbert and Alice Suemnicht; his brothers-in-law, David Wilkinson and Gary Suemnicht; and his nephew Kirk Bruins.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Suemnicht; his son Brian; his sisters, Diane Wilkinson, Donna Bruins (Keith), Debbie Towne (Don) and Valerie Voss; and his sisters-in-law, Diane Chopp and Renae Harris (Rod). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be created for local clubs and charities in Richard's name.
