She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Petersen and Lillian Petersen; her son David Congleton; and her sister Beverly Helling (Jack Benda). She is survived by: her sister Janet Peterson; her children, Kurt Congleton (Tracy), Shelly Sauvola (Dan) and Sherri Congleton; her grandchildren, Devin, David, Allison Sauvola, Makenzie, Aspen Congleton, Cody, Michael, Cory Downing and Alex Gensch; Lee Petersen (Lynn). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and several grand dogs.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Sharon's honor to Our Savior Lutheran Church or the Veteran's Resource Center, would be appreciated by the family.
