Bay of Eagle, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Bay and Cecilia Bay (Krolicki). He is survived by : his wife Sherry Bay of Eagle; and his sister Janet Garbarek (Steve) of Hartford.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the East Troy Bible Church (2660 North St, East Troy, WI 53120). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
