He is survived by: his father Louis Kazinski; his daughters, Lauren Cruz of Milwaukee, WI and Taylor Kazinski of Whitewater, WI; his son-in-law Zachary Thelen; his sister Lynn; his brother-in-law Pete Holler; his nephew Nolan Holler; and his niece Jenna Holler.
