He is survived by: his wife Diane M. Brook-Wilkinson; his stepchildren, Alvin J. Brook, Jr. and Julianne Kugel; his grandchildren, Alyshea S. Brook of Phoenix, AZ and Arianna R Brook of Helenville, WI; his sisters, Gertrude Wilkinson of Oconomowoc, WI and Mary Schwarz of Wauwatosa, WI; his stepson Daniel E. Brook; and his siblings, John Jr., Edward, Michael, Daniel and Dorothy Yentz. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
