He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kugel and Anna Kugel (Peterson); his daughter Debra; his grandson Andrew Lang; and his siblings, James (Jean), Paul (Ruth) and Mary (Frank).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Kugel; his children, Cheryl Kugel-Lang, Richard Kugel (Lori) and Scott Kugel; his grandchildren, Jason Couch (Kristie), Steven Szymkowski, Samantha Elderbrook (Nathan), Matthew Lang (Jamie), Kayla Footit (Nicholas), Dylan Kugel (Jasmine), Tyler Kugel and Allie Kugel; his great grandchildren, Carter, Olivia, Emily, Walker, Huxley, Baylor and Coraline; and his sister Barbara Kugel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
