She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Reed and Alida Reed (Riesen); her husband Robert W. Hawes; her sisters, Elizabeth Stolp (late Gordon) and Dorothy Clark (late George); and her sister-in-law Ethel Schlitz (late Keith).
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Hawes (Elaine) of Eagle, Lori Glawe (Mitchell) of Wauwatosa and Kathryn Peterson (Harley) of Mosinee; her grandchildren, Daniel Hawes (Jess Burns) of Madison, Amy Morateck (Nick) of Greenfield, Benjamin Glawe (Christine) of Wauwatosa, Jonathan Glawe (AJ Sunder) of Minneapolis, Harley Peterson of Wausau and Claire Bagwell (Brandon) of Kiel, WI; her great grandchildren, Rowan, Winslow, Forest and Louise; and her brother-in-law Donald Hawes (Alice) of Racine. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
