Terence G. Inda Obituary
Terence Gene Inda, age 82, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2025, after a battle with mesothelioma cancer. Born August 7, 1943, to Helen T. (nee Ligocki) and Edmund Inda, Terence lived a life defined by faith, family, service, and generosity.
Terence is survived by his beloved wife Patricia; children Allan (Kari), Timothy, Michele (Christopher), and Jennifer (Michael); grandchildren Taylor (Jessica), Anthony (Nicole), Austin (Cassidy), Samuel (Sophie), Calvin (Angelica), and Riley; and great-grandchildren Mason, Ariella, and Inari. Also left to cherish his memory are his sister Georgette (Michael) and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Terence proudly served three years of active duty in the United States Army and was a member of American Legion Post #375. He worked as a machinist, building precision parts for submarines, industrial cereal presses, and other equipment.
A devout Catholic, Terence lived each day with devotion to God. He believed deeply in the power of prayer and miracles. With that same deep love, he adored his wife Patricia, whom he called his "beautiful bride," and was a loving and caring father and grandfather who was known as "Bubba" to his grandchildren. Terence cherished every moment surrounded by his family…this brought him the greatest joy.
Terence was a cowboy at heart, wearing western attire and cowboy boots daily. He enjoyed watching old westerns—especially those starring John Wayne. Also, quite the storyteller, Terence told elaborate tales of his life and experiences and loved to tease, all in fun and always aimed at putting a smile on your face. He was meticulous by nature, and it was evident not only in his work, but also in his appearance and daily routines. He enjoyed woodworking, leathercrafting, feeding the wildlife that visited his yard, and spending time with his beloved dog, Molly.
In addition to his parents Edmund and Helen, Terence was preceded in death by his brother Eugene, and sister Roxanne.
Terence will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. His strong faith, generous spirit, and cowboy heart touched everyone who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, and devotion to family that will endure for generations.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the family are kindly requested.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 10AM, followed by a memorial mass at 11AM at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Eagle WI (136 W. Waukesha Rd). An on-site luncheon will follow mass.
Cemetery service will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 1PM at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove WI (21731 Spring St).
