He is survived by: his children, Kevin Parker (Cindy) of Green Bay, WI and Karin DeLaitsch (Tom) of Ellicott City, MD; his grandchildren, Megan, Kyle Parker, David and Andy DeLaitsch; and his brother Thomas.
