He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Taylor and Rosetta Taylor (Calhoun) of Westerville, Ohio.; his daughter Frances Jean (Williamson); and his sisters, Lillian Gordon and Mildred Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie (Hedke) of Oak Creek; and his children, Valerie Waller, Vivian Lopez (Eric) of Forest Grove, Oregon, Vicki Hoppe (Jeff) of Alpine, California, Verna Taylor of San Diego, California, Wilbur Taylor and Junior (Kim) of Santee, California. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
