He is survived by: his wife Joan Cooper; his children, Christine Gibbons (Edward), Linda Cooper, Steven Cooper (Dannielle), Donna Repka (John) and Timothy Cooper; his grandchildren, Joseph Semo (Kristin), Angelina Rittmann (Holland), Zachary Cooper, Raquel Cooper, Richard Gibbons, Carli Repka, John "JJ" Repka, Kalli Marten and Lane Gratz; and his great grandchild Alice Rose Semo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

“My wife Kathy and I knew Don and Joan for several years while we all spent the winters at the Bentsen Grove RV Resort in Palmview, Texas. We always had a wonderful time including doing silversmithing at our Rock Club. Together with Ken and Judy Faust, Don and Joan and a few others we often went out for dinners. Don always had a smile and a joking attitude that we all loved. Sadly a few years ago they decided not to go to Texas and we all missed them. God Bless Joan and their family. RIP Don.”
