It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Steven Boline (East Troy, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Boline and Dorothy Boline; his brothers, Leon (Margo) and Bill (Rhonda); and his sons, Tim Evans (Amie) and Chris Evans (Molly).
