It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert F. Billiat of East Troy, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 28, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his son Steve Billiat; and his brother Bernie Billiat. He is survived by: his daughter Niki (Bernie); and his sister-in-law Joyce Billiat. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Bob's family as a donation will be made to his favorite charities.
