We bid farewell to Sally P. Nelson of East Troy, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 14, 2025 at the age of 87. Sally touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hasburgh and Beatrice Hasburgh; her husband LeRoy "Curly" Nelson; her siblings, Margaret Hasburgh and Robert Hasburgh; and her brother-in-law Seldon Stewart.
She is survived by: her children, Norman Nelson (Risa), Tom Nelson (Nancy), Ken Nelson (Sue), Steve Nelson (Lisa), Kathy Kruse (Clayton) and Charlotte Rice (Guy Clementi); and her sister Kate Stewart. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Community United Methodist Church (455 S Jefferson St, Waterford, WI 53185). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (4826 WI-83, Waterford, WI 53185).
