He is survived by : his mother Joyce Hazen (Flaskrud); his daughters, Amanda Thompson, Alisha Schoengarth (John), Andrea Woodruff (Tony) and Amy Hazen; his grandchildren, Austin, Faith, Zoe, Haylie, Devin, Toni, Imani, Brayden, Isaiah, Ava and Aaliyah; his former life partner Julie Thompson; his siblings, Kevin Hazen (Dee), Connie St. Martin (Mark), Christine Jordan and Angela Hazen; his siblings-in-law, Dave Johnson and Nicola Hazen; his aunts, Grace Haas, Marge Flaskrud, Betty Hazen and Sadie Odegard (Lenny); his friends, Dan, Denise and Constance W.; and his goddaughter Nicole.
