She was predeceased by: her parents, Edson Hill and Lila Hill (Urness); her husband Dick (Dick); her son William (Bill); her brothers, William (Bill) and Jermaine Hill (Jerry); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Hill Willoughby, Shirley Emberts (Plomedahl) and David Emberts (Tuffy).
She is survived by: her children, Rick Plomedahl (Terry) and Penny Conner (Brad); her grandson Scott Plomedahl (Krystal); her great grandchild Hunter Plomedahl; and her sister-in-law Arlene Hill. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Barb's memory to Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, Stand in the Light Memory Choir, or Bob's House for Dogs are appreciated.
