He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Holler and Iva Holler (Bright); his daughter Susan Rugotzke; his siblings, Ivan Holler and Erma Lou Warren; and his great grandchild Bram Grays.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie White; his children, Fred Holler of Altoona, WI and Cindy Dickinsen of Stanley, WI; and his grandchildren, James Dickinsen (Sarah), Kimbri Johnson (Matt), Ben Dickinsen (Krista), Natalie Grays (Justin), Tim, Scott Dickinsen (Emily), Chelsie Korpal, Toby Rugotzke (Michele) and Reid Rugotzke. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Bernard's family asks that you make a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
