She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Windus (Meyer) and Harry Windus; her husband James Peter Howard of Duluth; her daughters, Loretta and Barb; her granddaughter Rachel Rose; her siblings, Ted Windus and Mary Lou Gardepy; her siblings-in-law, George Paplior and Alice Norlund (Howard); and her parents-in-law, Helen and Tom Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Robin "Bobbie", Cathy, Chris (Judith) and Nick (Dori); her grandchildren, Cassie (Sean), Allison, Matt (Tessa), Nick, Chris Jr. (Shannon), Charlie (Stephenie), John (Julie), Sam (Shelby), Dan, Jason (Shannon), Tony (Ashley) and Nate (Laura); her son-in-law Darin Erickson; and her close friend Jim "Sweetie Pie". She is also survived by 9 great granddaughters and 6 great grandsons, many sisters- and brothers-in-law and nieces and nephews, cousins.
