He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Alix and Mayme Alix; his significant other Helen; and his siblings, Vera, Shirley and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel J. Alix, Travis N. Alix, Jessica N. Benoit, Elyse E. Harvey and Savannah N. Benoit; his grandchildren, Samantha Alix, Trenton Alix, Frank Alix, Trevionte'Lavergne and Aniyah Harvey; and his brother Joseph. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
