He is survived by: his wife Deborah Christensen; his son Shawn Christensen (Theresa Carlson); his siblings, Bonita Krueger (David Krueger), Brett, Gregory Medenwaldt and Connie Medenwaldt; and his granddaughters, Derien and Faith Christensen. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
