She is survived by: her parents, James Bursaw of Mondovi, WI and Linda Griese of Independence, WI; her husband Jerome Pientok; her sons, Nathan and Matthew Pientok of Eau Claire, WI.; her siblings, David, Tammy, Jeremy, Jim (Joan Gunderson), Gene (Lana Pientok) and Edward (Judy Fisher); and her parents-in-law, Belva Kleppen and Alfred Pientok of Independence, WI.. She is also survived by friends and family.
