He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick F. Dockry, MD and Genevieve Dockry (Doyle); and his siblings, Mary Ann Harty, Patrick Dockry and Michael Dockry.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Dockry (Francar) of Eau Claire, WI; his children, Kelly Lentini (Steve) of Germantown, WI, Ryan Dockry (Lori Radlinger) of Madison, WI and Casey Dockry (Heather Strohkirch) of Menomonie, WI.; and his grandchildren, Genevieve Dockry, Shayden Lentini, Teren Lentini, Finley Dockry and Fiona Dockry. He is also survived by the sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to either the American Diabetes Association or the American Cancer Society.
