He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Parker and Edith Parker (Robinson); his parents-in-law, Frank and Eleanor Mathis; and his brother-in-law Larry Helbert.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Mathis; his daughters, Kristen Parker (Denise Kukielka), Lesli Smith (Brendan) and Wendy Kurth (Thane); his grandchildren, Addison, Brayden, Brecken, Ryder, Brielle and Brooks; and his siblings, Roger Parker (Carolyn), Keith Parker and Janet Helbert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
