He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Stuttgen and Hildegard Stuttgen (Wettstein); his siblings, Lawrence, Thomas, Raymond Stuttgen and Patricia Wentzel (Clifford); and his siblings-in-law, Edward Williams and Carol Stuttgen.

He is survived by: his children, Donna Holtz (Martin) and Daniel Stuttgen; his grandson Nicholas (Jane); his great grandchild Avery; his children, Elizabeth, Annamarie, Matthew Holtz, Katie and Jack Stuttgen; and his siblings, Bernard (Colene), Anthony (Debbie), Melvin, Charles (Darla), William (Debbie), James, Jon, Dale (Sandy), Robert Stuttgen (Pamela), Carol Williams, Delores and Kathleen Stuttgen. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
